Tairoa Heads - Albatross Colony

A perfect day, not a breath of wind...

We travelled down the breathtaking Peninsula to check out the Albatross Colony.

Lesley had already booked a tour, so I waited for her in the Cafe (eating delicious Apple Strudel!)

We had a wander around, down to the viewing platform and saw seals basking on the rocks.
